Full Description

Binbrook war memorial stands to the south of the Church of St Mary and St Gabriel. It is 2.7m in height, and is of rough-hewn Cornish granite, taking the form of a Celtic cross ornamented with a reversed crusader's sword. The memorial was provided by Messrs Mawer Bros of Louth, and was dedicated on Easter Sunday, 27 March 1921. Originally built in remembrance of the fallen of the First World War, it has had further names added from the casualties of the Second World War.
