Description
Trial trenching undertaken by Archaeological Project Services in October 2009 on land at St Leonard's Priory revealed medieval quarry pits, a ditch and a posthole, post medieval layers and undated features. Artefacts including pottery, roof tile and clay pipe were also found. {1}{2}
