Description

Fieldwalking was carried out in conjunction with a desk based assessment prior to the possible replacement of a water pipeline. Prehistoric, Romano-British and post medieval finds were recovered, although the post medieval material is probably associated with manuring activity. Visibility was poor along much of the route. {1}
