An archaeological evaluation was undertaken on land at The White Hart Hotel, Boston in advance of potential residential housing development. Post medieval featuress of the seventeenth century and later were present, with no archaeological deposits earlier than the sixteenth century being revealed. There was also no evidence of waterlogging within any of the archaeological deposits.{1}{2}
