Description

Two seasons of excavation at this site revealed prehistoric and Roman features. Survey was also carried out at some point at the site, but no details are given. {1}{2} Two days of further digging was carried out at the Nettleton site (19th-20th Sept. 2004) rounding off the area started in 2002. This was on the east side of the B1225 in a field known as Street Furlongs. {3}
