A geophysical scanning survey was undertaken on approximately 7ha of land immediately south of North Kelsey Road, Caistor. The area was scanned using Geoscan FM 256 instruments, with detailed blocks amounting to 1ha then positioned over any anomalies of interest and surveyed using Bartington Grad 601-2 instruments. The survey idenitifed a number of linear trends and pit-like anomalies.{1}
