Description
An archaeological watching brief was undertaken during groundworks at the junction of the A1 and Harlaxton Road, Grantham. The watching brief monitored the removal of topsoil across the site and the excavation of storm tanks for a new hotel and restaurant complex. Archaeological features were not identified, although a number of flint implements were retrieved.{1}{2}
