Description

An archaeological watching brief was conducted during groundworks for the construction of new school buildings at School Lane, Claypole. Remains of medieval ridge and furrow were recorded across the site, along with a former field boundary ditch, from which an assemblage of medieval pottery and animal bone was recovered. {1}{2}
