Description
An archaeological evaluation was undertaken on land to the rear of Wigford House, Brayford Wharf East, Lincoln. The evaluation was undertaken in advance of a scheme to convert Wigford House into residential apartments. The evaluation consisted the hand excavation of two 2.50m long by 2.00m wide trenches and a smaller 1.10m long by 0.50m wide trench. {1}{2}
