A magnetometry scanning survey was undertaken on c.6ha of land to the north of Valley Lane, Long Bennington. The scanning survey detected a number of features, identified as a enclosure complex, a linear boundary and trackway. These were largely confined to an area where aerial photographs indicated the presence of archaeology. The scanning survey preceded a more detailed systematic survey (LI4360) {1}
