Description
An archaeological watching brief was conducted during groundworks for residential development on land at Hanthorpe Road, Morton. Several undated features were recorded including three ditches, a post hole, a pit, a stone-lined well and a cobbled surface. Although no dating material was recovered, it was thought likely that the features related to the former use of the site as a farm. {1}{2}
