An assessment of significance and heritage impact assessment were composed to inform and support the proposed alteration and conversion of The Old School (formerly known as the Monson Free School), South Carlton, to residential use. As part of the study, a historic map regression and photographic survey were conducted. The building is considered to be of local historical and architectural interest. {1}
