A programme of archaeological monitoring and recording was conducted on the groundworks for service trenches and footings of a new residential property at 27 Edenham Road, Hanthorpe, Morton. A pit containing a single sherd of Medieval pottery was encountered, which had been truncated by a pit containing possible demolition debris. Undated ditches and a substantial undated pit were also recorded. {1}{2}
