Description
A further scheme of trial trenching was conducted in February and March 2021 by Allen Archaeology as a condition of planning consent for a residential development following the results of earlier geophysical survey and trial trenching schemes. A small number of undated features were recorded, along with flood deposits, a possible palaeochannel, and former ploughsouls. {1}{2}
