Description
An archaeological fieldwalking survey took place on land associated with Grange Farm Quarry extension phase 2. Six worked flints, three pieces of unworked burnt flint and a hammerstone were recovered. One single piece of medieval tile was also found. It was concluded that the finds were probably peripheral to a genuine concentration of Neolithic and Bronze Age activity found during evaluation of phase 1A of the quarry extension. {1}{2}
