A historic building survey undertaken prior to the proposed demolition of an outbuilding with late 19th century origins. A single storey range of former outbuildings was recorded. It was built of red brick under a cementatious render, under a pitched gabled roof of concrete tiles. At some point in the latter half of the 20th century it was converted to low-quality domestic accommodation. {1}
