Description

Nineteen 30mx1.8m trenches were excavated prior to the contruction of a residential development of 66 dwellings. Archaeological features were recorded in 5 of the trenches, the main feature that was recorded was an Iron Age D-shaped enclosure. Evidence of ridge and furrow was present throughout the site area. {1}{2}
