A programme of archaeological monitoring and recording was conducted during groundworks for the construction of a single dwelling and detached garage, on land adjacent to West Haven, Main Street, Osgodby. No archaeological features or deposits were encountered, although sherds from two late 17th to 18th century pottery vessels, and a stem from an early 18th century clay smoking pipe, were identified in the topsoil. {1}{2}
