A programme of archaeological monitoring and recording was conducted during groundworks for a third phase of residential development on land at Westbrooke Road, Lincoln. The remains of two intercutting linear ditches were recorded, one of which appeared to be on the same alignment as a similar linear feature recorded in the previous phase of development. No dating material was recovered from either of the features, however, and their exact origins could not be determined. {1}{2}
