A programme of archaeological monitoring and recording was conducted during groundworks for a second phase of residential development on land at Westbrooke Road, Lincoln. The remains of two linear ditches and a single pit were recorded towards the southern end of the site. No dating material was recovered from any of the features, however, and their exact origins could not be determined. {1}{2}
