Description
An assessment of significance was produced after a site visit and historical research into the former coach house, at West Ashby House. The building was built between 1773 and 1784, with a later extension on the north side. It was deemed to be of considerable significance due to its setting within the curtilage of the listed West Ashby House, and its proximity to the listed Church of All Saints. {1}
