A programme of archaeological monitoring and recording was conducted during groundworks for new residential development on land adjacent to Obam Stairlifts, Tillbridge Road, Sturton by Stow. No features or artefacts of archaeological significance were seen during the digging of the foundation trenches, although the remains of previously identified and well defined ridge and furrow earthworks were noted across the site. {1}{2}
