Description

A programme of archaeological monitoring and recording was conducted during the excavation of two new service trenches within the former stables at Holywell Hall. The groundworks revealed the remains of several brick-lined drains, that had clearly formed part of the original drainage system associated with the early stables building. {1}{2}
