A heritage statement was produced after a site visit and historical research into 19 Market Place, Spalding, conducted to inform the proposed conversion of part of the structure to use as a retail unit with café. The building is a former inn, known as the White Hart Hotel, that likely has its origins in the late 15th century. {1}
