A programme of historic building recording was conducted during the demolition and redevelopment of the buildings at 17 Church Lane, Saxilby. The structures comprise a two-storey house and an attached range of single and two-storey outbuildings, all built in the mid 19th century. The buildings were constructed of brick and featured pitched pantile roofs. Demolition of the structures had already commenced by the time of the survey, with the outbuildings having been largely removed. {1}{2}
