Description

A programme of archaeological monitoring and recording was conducted during groundworks for the construction of a new garage and drainage system at Stonegarth, Northgate, Lincoln. A large, former quarry pit of probable post-medieval date was recorded on the site. Two redeposited sherds of Roman pottery were also recovered. {1}{2}
