Description

A programme of archaeological monitoring and recording was conducted during groundworks for the construction of a new seven-storey building on land at St Mark Street, Lincoln. The monitoring confirmed the presence of post-medieval made ground layers to a depth of at least 1.7m on the site, but no archaeological features or finds were encountered. {1}{2}
