Description
An archaeological watching brief was conducted during the excavation of service trenches for the installation of an arched drain and water pipe at St Mary's Church, Wilsford. Several undated burials were recorded, along with a horizontally laid stone slab, thought to be a re-used grave cover. Several sherds of unstratified medieval pottery were also recovered from the topsoil. {1}{2}
