Description
Four trial trenches were excavated to inform a programme of tree planting on land at Clapgate Farm, Ashby Puerorum. The remains of two undated and heavily truncated ditches were recorded, along with a pit, from which sherds of Bronze Age pottery were recovered. {1}{2}
