Description
A programme of archaeological monitoring and recording was conducted during groundworks for new drainage at St Andrew's Church, Potterhanworth. Construction deposits relating to the re-build or restoration of the north aisle of the church were recorded during the monitoring. A single fragment of probably medieval morter, likely associated with the 13th century tower, was also recovered. {1}{2}
