Description
A magnetometry survey was conducted along the proposed route of the new Stenigot to Benniworth Water Main. Geophysical anomalies, thought to be indicative of late prehistoric pits, ditches and enclosures were recorded. A sherd of Roman greyware pottery was also found. {1}
