SK 88 SE STOW CHURCH LANE (east side) 4/47 Whipping Post G.V. II Whipping post. 1789. Wood, iron. 6 foot wooden post with hinged whipping irons attached on north and south sides, each with 2 wrist holds of different sizes and lower clasp to secure wrists in place. Left hand iron inscribed with 1789 W.H. Included for group value only. Listing NGR: SK8821081966
