Description
TF 1210-1310 MARKET DEEPING CHURCH STREET (east side) 12/116 Wall and 2 gateways to west side of churchyard G.V. II Wall and 2 gates. Early C19. Ashlar, coursed squared rubble and wrought iron. Openwork double gates having lozenge frieze to stiles and rails and spearhead tops, flanked by square ashlar gatepiers with moulded cornices and ball finials. The ashlar coped wall is ramped down to either side of the gateway and to the right it is ramped up again to a corner pier also with ball finial. To the left is a smaller pedestrain gate with square piers. Listing NGR: TF1369610261
