Description
1. 1671 BROAD STREET (South Side) No 39 & 40 TF 0207 1/74 22.5.54. II GV 2. One building. Late C18. 3 storeys and attics in ashlar. Stone slate mansard roof with 2 cambered dormers with glazing bars. 2 stone chimney stacks. 7 windows in plain reveals, double-hung sashes with glazing bars. Stone bands continue cills. No 39 has C19 shop front, modern shop front to No 40. Nos 36 to 4O (consec) form a group. Listing NGR: TF0298507227
