Description
1. 1671 ST MARY'S STREET (South Side) No 28A TF 0307 1/278 22.5.54. II GV 2. Two buildings in coursed rubble. Old slate roof. Part of the building has a roof-line extending over No 29 to the end of the street, No 30. Taller section to left with loft door above 2 sets of modern double doors. Right-hand section has loft door above double doors and 2 small windows flanking loft door above 3 small windows and double doors in modern coursed rubble. Rusticated quoins. Right part has good moulded wood eaves cornice of C17 or early C18, and originally had a 4-window elevation. Nos 27 to 40 (consec) form a group. Listing NGR: TF0309607074
