Description

TF 1209-1309 13/170 MARKET DEEPING MARKET PLACE (north side) No 25 (Formerly listed as No.25 (Lyall and Co.)) 30.10.68 G.V. II Shop. Late C17, altered mid C18, C19, C20. Ashlar. Asbestos slate roof, single yellow brick gable stack. L-plan. Two storey, two bay front with moulded plinth, and modillion eaves cornice. Central half glazed door with overlight and to right a two light shop window with wooden panelled surround. To left a broad semi-circular arch with key and impost blocks. To first floor is a glazing bar sash and a fixed glazing bar light with moulded architrave. Evidence of two blocked earlier windows, both with hacked back architraves. To rear is a tall four light ovolo moulded mullioned window and a small Gothick traceried fixed light. Listing NGR: TF1393609956
