Description
1. 1671 ST MARY'S STREET (South Side) No 28 (St Mary's Rectory) TF 0307 1/277 22.5.54. II GV 2. Low 2-storey building in coursed rubble with roof of old slates, One gable is properly part of earlier building and incorporated in the fabric of the house is some C12 to C15 masonry including a small window. A 2nd smaller hipped C17 gable. Steep gable to left has window with glazing bars under stone flat arch. Low doorway with relieving arch. Centre has small window on 1st floor with glazing bars. Right-hand gable has one hipped semi-dormer wits glazing bars. 2 windows on ground floor with glazing bars, stone arches, hung sashes. Cl8 stone surround with keystone to part-glazed Cl9 door. Inset foot Scraper. Nos 27 to 40 (consec) form a group. Listing NGR: TF0310307074
