1. 1671 ST LEONARD'S STREET (North Side) No 1 TF 0307 1/175 II GV 2. Part of return frontage of No 7 St George's Street (q.v.) Early C18. 3 storeys in ashlar, flipped stone slate roof. 2 windows, double-hung sashes with glazing bars. Ground floor to left has one larger window, fixed light with glazing bars. Basement grille, 4-panel door with glazed rectangular fanlight. Plinth. Nos 1 to 7 (consec) form a group. Listing NGR: TF0320907186
