Description
IRONMONGER STREET 1, 1671 (East Side) No 4 TF 0307 1/118 22.5.54. II GV 2. C17. 2 storeys. Painted stucco, Wide steep roof of stone slates. Brick stack. 1 oriel with 3-light double-hung sash with glazing bars under hipped roof. Chamfered quoins. Underneath is a small boxed window, glazing bars, set between 2 panels with reeded pilasters, ashlar stall riser. Central plain 6-panel door, 2 panels glass. A 2nd upper window, double-hung sash with glazing bars built over modern shop with half-glazed door. See also No 5. Nos 1 to 6 (consec) and No 6A form a group. Listing NGR: TF0302507218
