Description
1. 1671 ST PETER'S STREET (South Side) No 4 (Wells House) TF 0206 1/512 TF 0207 1/512 II GV 2. House of 2 builds. 2 storeys and attics. Rendered. Roofs of stone slates. Left-hand section probably C18. Taller, steep roof with one gabled dormer and 2 stone stacks at gable ends. One 4-light window to each storey, modern glazing. Plinth. Right-hand section probably C18. Roof has one gabled dormer. One stone stack. 3 windows, modern glass. On ground floor one earlier double-hung sash with glazing bars. Plinth with scraper. Door of 4 panels, 2 glass, in early Cl9 architrave with thin reeded pilasters. Nos 1 to 5 (consec) form a group. Listing NGR: TF0266007009
