When a massive stone stack was inserted into the hall in the C16, a richly moulded oak floor was built over the hall. The beam over the hearth is ogee moulded and the limestone jambs have half pyramid stops. The parlour was reconstructed in the C17 when the large square front bay with chamfer mullioned lights was added. The chamber over the parlour has a C17 moulded stone chimney piece.
