Description
SWINSTEAD BOURNE ROAD TF 0022-0122 (west side) 15/208 No.11 II House. C17 with C19 and C20 alterations. Coursed limestone rubble with steeply pitched yellow pantile roof having single ridge and 2 gable stacks, the right hand one has moulded base and cornice. Single storey with attics, 7 bay front having off- centre half glazed door, flanked by single 2 light casements. To the left a 3 light casement and to right 2 further casements and small square fixed window. All openings have chamfered timber lintels. In the roof are 3 C20 gabled 2 light casement dormers with rendered cheeks. All casements have glazing bars. Interior retains simply chamfered beams with run out stops. Listing NGR: TF0195022647
