Description
In the entry for HORLING HIGH STREET (east side) No.4 the parish shall be amended to read HORBLING HORLING HIGH STREET TF 13 NW (east side) 1/128 No.4 G.V. II Cottage. 1693, mid C19, C20. Timber frame encased in red brick, some coursed limestone rubble. Steeply pitched pantile roof with single ridge stack and C20 barge boards. Single storey and attic, 4 bay front. Lobby entrance plan. Doorway to left with segmental head and plank door. Single casement to left and 2 casements to right, all with segmental heads. Above a single raking dormer to rear with C20 casement. Back to back inglenook fireplaces, one with date "1693" inscribed on bressumer. Wall plates exposed upstairs and one cross wall with posts, straight brace and crudely made joints. Original roof intact beneath C20 roof. Listing NGR: TF1188735256
