Description
1. 1671 BROAD STREET (North Side) No 15 TF 0307 1/60 22.5.54. II GV 2. Earlier C18 and later. 2 storeys and attics in ashlar, Stone slate roof with 2 hipped dormers, Heavy wood modillion eaves cornice, 2 stone chimney stacks, Rusticated quoins. 5 windows, moulded stone surrounds with triple keystones, Door in similar architrave under second window to left. Plinth with moulded capping. The Roman Catholic Church of St Augustine, School, Wall and gate piers to Church and +ate niers to Cblirch with Nos 14, 15 and Nos 17 to 22 (consec) form a group.
