This house was probably built in the second quarter of the 18th century, although it has been much altered since including moving the main entrance from its original central position. It has an ashlar front with coursed rubble sides. The interior includes a late 18th century plaster cornice and a 19th century staircase with some 18th century elements. There is also an outbuilding which was originally timber-framed and has a clasped purlin roof. It may date from the 17th century. {2}
