Full Description

PRN 37241 This two storey house with attics dates to the earlier 18th century and later. It is constructed of ashlar stone with a slate roof. For the full description and the legal address of this listed building please refer to the appropriate List of Buildings of Special Architectural or Historic Interest. {1} This house was probably built in the second quarter of the 18th century, although it has been much altered since including moving the main entrance from its original central position. It has an ashlar front with coursed rubble sides. The interior includes a late 18th century plaster cornice and a 19th century staircase with some 18th century elements. There is also an outbuilding which was originally timber-framed and has a clasped purlin roof. It may date from the 17th century. {2}
