Description
TYDD ST. MARY CHURCH LANE TF 41 NW (east side) 7/99 Lych-gate to churhyard of Church of St. Mary G.V. II Lychgate. c.1919. Ashlar and wood. Double wooden gates with some open tracery flanked by single ashlar walls at right angles to the gate. The walls, on chamfered plinths and with moulded coping, are surmounted by open wooden framing which supports the gabled tile roof with decorative ridge, scalloped barge boards and 2 decorative pendant cross finials. 2 curved braces with tie beam decorated with brattishing.
