Description

FINKIN STREET 1. 1146 (North Side) Wesleyan Methodist Church SK 9135 NW 8/34 8.5.50 II 2. 1840. Ashlar; front has projecting rectangular wings at either end of 3 stages with connecting central block gabled; entrance is of 3 bays in Doric Order, with on 2nd stage 3 round-headed windows and entablature below pediment; side elevation is of 2 stages in 5 bays with windows under round-headed recesses, the windows on ground floor being square- headed and those on 1st floor round-headed. Woodwork of interior is of very good quality, and includes benches, gallery and altar rails and pulpit. Listing NGR: SK9147035900
