Description
TF 46 NE GUNBY BACK LANE (east side) 5/19 White House II House. Late C18, with Cl9 alterations. White painted brick, stone coped tumbled gable. Pantile roof with C19 brick gable stacks. Plain tiled verandah. L-plan. 2 storey, 3 bay front having central 6 panel door, set in rusticated brick surround, flanked by single glazing bar sashes. To first floor 3 similar windows. All openings have segmental brick heads. C19 pent roofed verandah on slender wooden supports. Interior retains cast iron fireplace with classical decoration and Delft tile insert. Above an eared and shouldered overmantle with classical decorations and moulded cornice. Listing NGR: TF4703566918
