Description
BOSTON TF3344NW SPILSBY ROAD 716-1/5/184 (North West side) 30/05/90 Nos.76-82 (Even) GV II Terrace of 4 houses. Late c1830s. Yellow stock brick with painted ashlar dressings. Hipped slate roof with 3 ridge stacks. EXTERIOR: 2 storeys plus basement, 8-bay front arranged as 2 pairs handed with brick plinth and overhanging eaves on paired brackets. Each house has a single 2 vertical panel door up a flight of stone steps with plain overlight, set in plain pilastered surround, with cornice and lead hood. To the basements a glazing bar sash, to ground floors a wider larger sash and to 1st floor, 2 narrower sash windows. All openings have cambered splayed rusticated painted stone lintels.
