Description
TF 25 NE CARRINGTON CHAPEL ROAD (north side) 3/1 Windmill next Watkinson's Bridge II Tower windmill now store. 1821. Tarred red brick. Flat conical iron roof. 2 storeys, the upper two storeys having been removed. The south side with segmental arched doorway with plank door and the east with single 2 light casement. Above, to the south, is a single segmental arched blocked window opening, to the east a single segmental arched fixed light and to the north a single segmental arched blocked window opening. Interior not inspected but said not to contain any milling machinery. Peter Dolman. Lincolnshire Windmills a contemporary survey. Watkinson's Bridge is not included in this list.
